Do you ship internationally?
We do cater to all deliveries within Canada and the United States. Our company is currently not offering world-wide shipping.
The average shipping rates vary, depending on the weight of the location the package is being shipped to. The shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.
Is local pickup available?
Yes, we do cater to customers who want to pick up their products locally within Edmonton region. The pick up location is in front of Terwillegar Towne Remedy Cafe (1707 Towne Centre Blvd NW, Edmonton). In normal circumstances the daily meeting time is at 7pm as long as the order is placed in the last 12 hours. Due to personal commitments and for security reasons we are not able to make alternate arrangements.
While checking out, the customer can click on the local pick-up option instead of delivery. We will then contact you to make arrangements for pickup. The local pickup option is free which is a great way to get your product quickly and to save on shipment cost!
What is your return policy?
All products are personally inspected prior to shipment to ensure no damages and no imperfections
Once you receive the product, you have a period of 7 days to contact our team if there is an issue. We refund or replace the item, as long as the item is returned back in the original condition within a 14 day period.
A tracking number must be provided for all return mail.
We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
How will I track my order?
The customer will receive the tracking number via email once the order has shipped. You can enter the number to track your order’s status.
